"TRADITIONAL DANCE ORIENTALE" = Belly Dance

A gentle low-impact FUN EXERCISE alternative. Classes focus on safety & technique. Perfect for students from early teens to 70+, any size, any shape. Belly Dancing has many health benefits including excellent for childbirth preparation and recovery. Increases fitness, stamina, flexibility, creativity and confidence, it also enhances sensuality, femininity, beauty and grace, achieving that healthier body and a better figure.

CLASSES AIM: Is to bring the best out from each and every student and for her to honour her "INNER GODDESS".

BEGINNERS – 1 or 2 terms, Basic Technique & Veil Intro
ELEMENTARY 1 – Basic Choreography &/or Technique + Veil Revision + Stick Intro + Intro to Musical Interpretation
ELEMENTARY 2 – Finger Cymbals (Zills) Intro & Technique &/or Choreography + Cont. Musical Interpretation

INTERMEDIATE – Improvisation and Technique &/or Choreography & Interpretive + More Musical Interpretation
ADVANCED – Higher Level Technique for all Performance Skills, Props &/or Choreography & Still More Musical Interpretation
